How fast do we ship?

We're proud of our super speedy shipping! Original artworks are despatched within 1 - 3 business days of order confirmation and custom prints are despatched within 1 - 2 weeks as they are locally made in Melbourne.

My order is a gift. Do you include the price information in the delivery packaging?

Don't worry, we never include the price on any of the packages that we ship out! You will receive these details in your confirmation order email.

How do I get in touch?

If you've already placed an order with us and want to get in touch about that specific order, you can also reply to your order confirmation email. We'll respond as quickly as we can to help you out.

My package hasnt arrived yet?

Delivery dates are not guaranteed, but for any concerns regarding your order, please email us at hello@ivvydermanart.com for assistance.

What happens to returned packages?

If a package is returned to us as it hasn't been collected, the customer may need to pay for redelivery. 

Do you ship internationally 

Please get in touch for international delivery and allow approximately 1-4 weeks for your artwork to arrive. For international orders, artworks will be removed from their stretcher bars and be packed in a sturdy tube for transit.

Please note for international orders, any taxes and duties due upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Please check with your local customs authority for further information prior to placing an order.

What is your privacy policy?

We never share your name, email, or contact information with anyone - ever! If you sign up for our newsletter, you can opt out at any time. When you place an order, you have the option of whether or not to sign up for our newsletter - but you certainly don't have to. If you want to see what we're up to without getting emails from us, we recommend you follow us.
